How to use it?<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

1. Choose a Holiday to Suit You<\/p><\/div>

Select an itinerary that suits your preferences. Browse our range of Lycian Way holiday itineraries. If you cannot find one that meets your requirements, we are pleased to design a customized holiday for you at no additional cost, provided that you do not select extra services, upgraded accommodation, etc.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

2. Make an Enquiry<\/p><\/div>

For inquiries, please email us at info@lycianwalk.com<\/a>. We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may send a message via our Whatsapp line below. We are also happy to call you to discuss your itinerary in detail.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

3. Make a Booking<\/p><\/div>

Once you are satisfied with your choice, we request a deposit, usually 40% of the total holiday cost, to secure your booking. We will then commence arranging your itinerary and booking your accommodation. For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date, full payment will be required.<\/p>

You are welcome to make a bank transfer (BACS) or pay via our Stripe online account using a debit or credit card. Please note that Stripe incurs a 3% commission charge which will be added to the total amount. We will provide our bank details or email an online invoice for card payments.<\/p>

Flights are not included in our holidays. Should you require assistance with flight arrangements to Turkey, please let us know, and we can conduct searches on your behalf.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

4. Unused Services<\/p><\/div>

No refunds or exchanges are provided for accommodations, meals, sightseeing trips, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by tour members.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

5. Luggage Services<\/p><\/div>

Our \u201cluggage transfer services\u201d allow each guest to have one suitcase and one small rucksack\/bag. Additional luggage may incur extra charges per person. Please inform us before your flight if you have additional luggage. Extra bag costs can be paid in cash upon your arrival in Turkey.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

6. Insurance<\/p><\/div>

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. Your deposit is non-refundable. We are happy to assist with any details required by your travel insurance company should you need to claim a refund.<\/p>

\u200b<\/span>In the unlikely event that we cancel your holiday, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

7. Group Holiday Bookings<\/div><\/div>

We organize one or more group holidays each year, typically involving 8 to 15 participants on hiking holidays. Unless otherwise stated, these holidays do not employ official guides and are therefore not \u2018guided groups.\u2019 We ensure that an experienced hiker is present in the group. Our company is not responsible for any loss of belongings or accidents that may occur during these holidays.<\/p>

We strongly recommend that all participants have their own travel insurance to cover any unexpected eventualities. We reserve the right to change the itinerary details, usually to alter the location of a day hike. In the unlikely event that we change the number of nights advertised, a proportionate refund will be given.<\/p>

\u200b<\/span>Meals are often included in our trips, and it is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements. We will notify accommodation providers and endeavor to accommodate these needs.<\/p>

Any advice or recommendations given during group holidays are provided in good faith.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

8. About your Lycian Way Holiday Booking<\/p><\/div>

Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you are aware of the possible risks and hazards associated with such a holiday. Your day-to-day agenda and the purpose of this trip are considered an objective and not a contractual obligation. It must be accepted that delays and alterations are sometimes unavoidable. It is crucial that we are informed of any medical conditions, physical or mental disabilities for you or your group prior to accepting your booking. Certain holidays may present a greater physical challenge, and you must ensure that any activities selected by you or your group members are suitable. Please inform us of any special requirements, such as dietary needs, so we can do our best to accommodate them. Travel arrangements are not included in your itinerary and are your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your holiday. Any guidance or advice we provide is offered in good faith, and we do not accept liability for it.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

9. Confirmation of your holiday<\/p><\/div>

We will confirm receipt of your deposit. Our information pack will be emailed to you 4-6 weeks prior to your holiday start date, along with a balance payment request. We kindly ask that you pay this promptly. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before your holiday start date, full payment is usually required. Your itinerary will be completed as soon as possible, and the information pack will be emailed to you.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

10. After your holiday<\/p><\/div>

We trust you will have a wonderful Lycian Way holiday experience. We welcome your comments and any photos you may wish to share. We love to hear from our guests. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible.
